It is an older hotel but was told it will be getting a makeover.

I didn't like being charged an extra $45.00 for an early check- in. I booked online thru booking.com. towards the end of making reservations, the site asked me when I would check in( there was a slot open for the 12-1 pm check-in option. I tried explaining that but trying to have a conversation with a kiosk proved fruitless.
