Negatives: When I got in the room the bathroom had not been cleaned and the microwave was dirty and the front desk was rude

Negatives: I dont like how when booking with them or a third party that your card is charged multiple times and they seem to have no clue in which they do have acces to that. I dont like how when I do get service that the last couple times, nothing was different

Negatives: Nothing that I dislike, only things really are their needs to be more hygiene products in the rooms especially if their is more than one person one roll of toilet paper will fit 3 people& shampoo, soap & Towels without holes needs addressed & Bigger ones

Negatives: They allow pets free mine is a service animal & yelled at twice by management about dog hair in the room. 1yr okd puopy. Nog allowed on bed, Mgmt should allow guests 2 access cleaning products & mop/broom daily

Negatives: The toilet/bathroom was not clean I had to clean the toilet myself as there was literal skid marks on the toilet seat, secondly when me and my boyfriend got there we went on the bed and immediately noticed the bed was very springy we ended up sleeping and woke up the next day and our backs hurt so bad my boyfriend put his hand under the mattress to find it had been flipped over so the bottom was up right we slept on springs for the night thinking it was an old mattress when in reality the bed was flipped, I have no idea why but we flipped it back over to the proper side and had a good sleep after. This is the first bad experience Ive had here but I wont let it stop me from coming back as this is a nice place to stay for the price and cleanliness.

Negatives: Need more outside ramps for wheel chair assecesability. Hard to get in building.

Negatives: The fact I spent most of my social security check on a room and am homeless then was told I had 10 minutes to leave when the owner knew I was having difficulties. It seemed like there was a lack of empathy towards those who are disabled when it comes to the price of rooms and how we are treated. Also they allow pets and will keep your deposit when a female dog goes into heat. I don't agree with this as I surely could of used that money for another room instead of being on the streets. Also my room was taken out of my name and out into someone else's name who didn't pay anything to be there. I find that to be a breach of privacy and will be looking into this with lawyers. I stayed to myself and was not any trouble to my knowledge. I do believe the hotel owners should me more understanding when it comes to customers who are disabled mentally and have ESA pets and not be so rude.
