We were treated with respect even though the hotel did not meet our satisfaction, and ultimately, we never even stayed here.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of this hotel was abominable, with mouse droppings around the hotel bed, the mold in the bathroom, and the damaged / wet ceiling tiles in the corridor. This hotel was totally unfit and unsanitary for anyone to stay.
