Positives:
We stayed in one of their newly remodeled rooms. It was very nice.
Negatives:
Due to remodeling, the halls were lined with new headboards and such, but it didn't hinder our stay in any way. There were signs up, stating that if the remodeling caused any inconvenience guests could cancel their reservation before 5 pm.
Positives:
Didn't run into anyone with a less than a cherry attitude. We felt welcome and taken care of.
Negatives:
Too much chlorine in the hot tub and the pool was a bit chilly. If that's my "complaint" no big deal.

Clean facilities, comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast with variety. I like the shampoo, body wash, hand soap and lotion mounted in shower and near sink.

The hotel was close to restaurants and area attractions. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The couch in our room looked filthy, & the toilet was clogged when we got there, otherwise the room was clean. I think we may have been given a pet friendly room because both my husband and I had terrible allergies while there, & dogs in room next door.
Positives:
Bed was comfortable, but pillows too soft. Liked the adjustable shower head where I could alter the setting to get a relaxing needle point flow. Adequate seating for breakfast and a good supply of coffee.
Negatives:
What should have been warm breakfast food, French toast & cheese omelets, was cold. Our room due for a refresh as wall paper peeling and stained. Bathroom should offer a step on mat for exiting shower or bath. One towel looked as if had been used to wash a car and put back. No cable television guide to available programing. Shouldn't have to click through 40 channels. Business needs a larger visible sign for access drive off of main road. Had to double back and would have been worse if it was night time darkness.

For one didn't post pool was shut down. It needs the rooms remolded they were a little tore up. The lady that checked us in didn't say the pool was down nor about the breakfast. The only thing she did was give us a room key and said ur on the 3rd floor. While eating breakfast the employees stare at u while u eat. Totally a bad hotel experience. They only thing that was good was they places we visited and si r es we saw. Hotel is a real bad flop never again would I go there to that 1.
