The evening desk lady was very attentive. Out potty was plugged. I went for plunger and she offered a different room, if we wanted. I used the plunger and all was well.
Negatives:
Can't think of anything. One thing that would have helped would be a sitting chair in addition to the desk chair.

Staff was super friendly. Candice made sure we received a list of local eateries. The gentleman making the breakfast made the BEST Mini Western Omelets we ever ate! Delicious! Nice fittness center. The little store in the hotel was nice.

The manager was extremely rude when I didn’t understand when I book 2 rooms why they aren’t put next to each to begin with and she told me that I’m using the wrong app and it’s my fault. She then refused to even book my rooms after this and I had to find another hotel. I won’t be visiting any Hampton’s especially this one again.

My kids, wife, and I really enjoyed the beds and sheets. We forgot to adjust the thermostat during a winter storm and were still warm enough to sleep comfortably.
Negatives:
Had to park at the back of the building. Not a big deal due to having a gooseneck I planned on parking a distance away so not really much to say for this category.

Water temp was never consistent in shower. Cable channels were very limited. Have had better stays in Cheaper hotels. Beds were also not fixed into the floor. Very wobbly.
