This was an overnight stay...
Positives:
We booked the bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean with modern decore. Hotel was quiet even situated near expressway.
Negatives:
Elevator was broke, which seems to be an issue regularly from other postings. Housekeeping needs to order extra pillows. We needed one for our children sofa bed. Our request was denied as none were avail? What about borrowing from empty rooms?

It was easy to find. next to banks, food etc. The pool was nice.

Pool could have been cleaner and the elevator didn't work.

Suite room was large. Very clean. The hotel seemed full but was quiet.
Negatives:
We called front desk asking for a 2nd pillow for the pull out sofa as we had two kids sleeping there. They denied our request. Elevator was out of order and we were on 3rd floor.
