The room was a good size and it was nice having laundry facilities to use.

The pool was not heated, the Jacuzzi was non existent. It had been filled in. The breakfast was the same everyday. There was no variety. The manager bothered us everyday about when staff could come “freshen up” the room. She called the room from multiple times and when I picked up she couldn’t hear me. So the phone did not work. Then she called my cell multiple times. After all that she came personally and knocked on our door. We asked to not have it done everyday but they said due to the pet policy they had to. When they did they didn’t even change our sheets. The room had ants really badly and the cable went out a lot. When I checked in the staff kept adding more money that we owed because they didn’t add things up correctly and we were charged a deposited for using cash.
