room was not clean. The bed did not have pillows. The floor you can see was not vacuum and their was lighter in bed and a half of a straw by the other side of bed in front of nightstand. went to staff they told us they give us other room. this was at 7pm

The condition of the room was sub-standard. The room was clean, however, it had many broken and missing pieces of old, self-sticking vinyl floor tiles. The TV remote did not match the TV and was almost useless. The furniture was also in fairly rough condition and old. The staff was friendly and helpful which was a pleasant experience.

The world was nice I didn't like being on the second floor up and down the stairs a lot the vending machine would have been nice if they work and it would have been nice to have access to the pool

A convenient location for my business in Ft. Wayne, at a lower price than hotels closer to or in town. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and courteous.

TV service was down (for the entire facility as I understand it) and I was unable to have this as a way to unwind after a long trip. Also, there is a roadhouse type restaurant / bar on an adjoining property that apparently had a live band playing. The booming bass notes could be clearly heard while in bed, and they played until at least midnight on a Sunday night! It seems odd that there would be a demand for this type of "entertainment" before the start of the work week.

Your site stated there was a hot tub. It has been filled in for over 7 years per the front desk worker. The pool was closed for maintenance as well.

It appeared as if there is a permanent resident living in this hotel because of a vehicle being worked on behind the hotel. This scenario makes the hotel appear to be VERY low-life and junky! Because of this scenario Im really not sure if I will stay here again.
