Every time I came back to the room the card had to be reprogramed,yeah I get that the lady during the day did not know me ,but to have to follow me back to the room,and ask for id. The room was also not available at the posted checkin time,had to wait over an hour!

The front desk staff was rude, check in isn’t until 4pm and they refused early check in. They over charged for the room, took 45mins to check in, the whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The rooms were not clean. They charged us $100 deductible for each room and another $450 for tub damages but with no proof, called and spoke with the manager, who said she wasn’t present but would have the GM call. That was over 1 week ago, no response.

Loved having drinks by the fire pit in the evening. The gentleman that prepared breakfast was very on top of refilling items as needed. Bed was very comfortable.

Good location, quiet facility, easy travel between floors with the stairs right by the door and the elevator. Clean room. Spacious.
Negatives:
The wait staff was very slow, only ever 1 person at the counter and at check in time you have one staff clocking out trying to give instruction to the next shift with a line of people out the door. Incredibly slow. Have 2 people available for check in. Overlap shifts by an hour, something. Ridiculous.
