Helpfull for last minute stay...
Positives:
It was a good deal for 2 nights with my wife and dog, close enough to down town but far enough away to avoid all the traffic. Rooms were pretty nice and the grounds guy was super friendly.
Negatives:
I don’t know that I’d stay here with children. Lots of drunk men outside from pretty much 6pm - midnight.

We reserved this room last-minute to see the solar eclipse. The outside of the property is rather old, but our room and the room our friends stayed in were both freshly renovated and very clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was friendly. It was only a short drive to a state park, good places to eat, and a little farther to downtown Indy.
