Hi . This message to signal that i was not happy with my stay at this hotel . My room was cold and i asked several Times for an intervention to fix the air conditioner but nothing was done. Moreover, the quality of the sanitations was low. Tariff too expensive for the poorness of service offered

It was a VERY busy weekend. Things ran very smoothly. The staff was responsive to requests and kept all the little things going - like pool towels stocked. On Monday they continued to serve breakfast well after 9:00am end time to ensure all were served.
Positives:
Good sized rooms, nice atrium in the middle of the hotel, lots of natural light. Lots of options for breakfast! Stayed for the eclipse and they even had eclipse themed snacks and gift bags set out. The cherry on top was they are pet friendly and I was able to have my dogs stay as well!

The temperature of the rooms. Even had maintenance come look at it and it still stayed warm.

The location was very convenient.
Negatives:
Onthe dayof the checkout, we couldn't access our room due to a dead bolt.There was no maintenance on-site and had to wait 1.5 hrs. Extremely inconvenient as it delayed our travel schedule. For a 3.5 hotel, I would expect 24 hr maintenance or better plan.
