Our rooms were not ready and when we went inside the rooms they were dirty bedsheets were not clean floors had not been swept or mopped elevators did t worms for handicap child in wheelchair.

This was a short term rental style hotel. People lived there. So much so that the staff asked me if I was new there when I went down for coffee. It was very uncomfortable for myself and my daughter who are hoping to have a weekend in a nicer facility.

The cleanliness of the room was atrocious. All the metal fixtures (faucets, shower, etc.) looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. The floor of the bathroom was decaying. There was also an empty marijuana jar under the bed when I got there.

Door lock to room wasn't secured to the wall. No staff upon check out at 8:30am. Was not able to get a printed receipt. Carpet in room wasn't vacuumed.

Everything. The room was Filthy. Kitchenette counter had fresh peanut butter and jelly on it. We only had One set of Towels in the room. The two elevators smelled like Marijuana. The Shower Head was loose on wall and sparked water all over the bathroom.

It felt dirty. Our room didnt even have a fitted sheet, we had to lay on top of a big sheet, no comforter. There was no ice machine. Breakfast was so sad and it smelled.
