Positives:
How clean everything was and how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Weve had so many problems with other hotels. this one was completely different my husband signed up for member rewards bc we definitely will be returning when we go visit family.
Negatives:
The fridge in the room turned things to ice haha, but it wasnt bad as we just stored drinks.

I found myself in a situation that any provider dreads. Not having a place for my family to stay. Had to leave our first hotel (other hotel chain) do to the conditions of their facilities and due to the high demand was difficult to find accommodations. Lucky I was able to get a room and the staff was very empathetic and friendly. After the day I had it was all I needed. Safety and security for my loved k es.

What we needed.
Positives:
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was good. The gym was good.
Negatives:
The manager played music in the lobby at 7am. It was so loud we could hear it in our room on the second floor. I asked them to turn it down which they did but then they put it loud again. They did move us to a room on the fourth floor, but it was not necessary for the music to be played that loud that early. The breakfast was very disappointing. Very little variety and not hot. Overall it was not worth the price.

The breakfast was terrible. Not many drink choices had to ask for drinks. Coffee was far away from the breakfast bar. The food was bland.

When our toliet didn't work and my husband asked for a plunger the staff said they didnt have one and that we could just use the toliet downstairs in the lobby. No attempt to fix our problem and felt like we were brushed off. Would not stay here again.

Our room was double booked. I made my reservations 4 months prior. Then I was almost given a room of lesser value at same cost. No Continental Breakfast, Elevator was broken. Staff wasn't very helpful. I was a returning guess. Probably wont be back.

Negatives:
Rooms were reminiscent of a lower grade hotel.
