Beds are wearing and mattresses are very loud just to roll over. Farely comfortable but loud. Also not enough good lighting. Rooms are dark and bathroom lighting is terrible for makeup applications. Very low lighting throughout.

From the moment we walked in, the front staff was so welcoming and considerate. I was traveling alone with my 2 boys and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing with them and me. We had wings at the bar area, where my kids played pool and Foosball and I got to relax and have an adult beverage with the ease of knowing we didn't have to leave or order out for food. While my boys were bummed about no pool inside, I will be staying here next time just because of the staff!

Nothing really. If I had to complain about something, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working.

Positives:
The only thing that was acceptable on this trip was that the hotel was convenient to the activity we were attending. Room was clean and a basic hotel room, the beds had a horrible sag to them and were very uncomfortable. The chair in my room had definitely seen better days, It was torn and very stained, we were afraid to touch it or to put anything on it. The floor was more acceptable than that chair. The breakfast was satisfactory.
Negatives:
I received a call from the hotel prior to my arrival informing me that the room I booked was not going to be available to me due to a plumbing issue. There was no kind of compensation offered for this inconvenience. I was given a down graded room and told the only thing that the attendant could give were rewards points or something from the nonexistant gift shop. I was very disappointed that she did not lower the cost of the down grade of the room. A customer expecting one thing and being given something different is not good business and not offering some sort of compensation was not acceptable. I don't think I will be staying with La Quinta in the future.

Negatives:
Room was dirty and very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible, and there needs to be more pillows on each bed. Air-conditioner was so loud it kept us up most of the night. Price was outrageous for how bad it was. We paid 250 for a 2 queen bed room and it was just not worth it. Price was elevated no doubt because NBA All Star was in town. Still should NOT have been that pricey for such low quality. Will never stay at a LaQuinta again..
