Trashy service. Run down not suitable for being open. Bathroom is super small not up to par. Bathtub chipped. Wouldn't even recommend this place to a homeless person!

The room was filthy and broken down. They did not clean our room, take out trash, replace towels, etc. we only received one washcloth for 3 people, breakfast was subpar, it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be smoke free.

NOTHING I was charged a deposit even though I had already paid for the room when I booked it. MY credit card was charged for the deposit and I had to go through my credit card company to get it removed. This was not the quality of my past experie

Scary. People sitting in their cars (expired by year paper tags) outside our window. Loud banging noises throughout the night. The area had 2 vacant buildings near by with grafitti. Looked like furniture missing from our room (big empty space)

The staff are rude, told them my fridge wasn't working and they said o well, than told them the toilet was leaking and they said they would have somebody check it out after I checked out.

The place is in a pretty tired condition. Clean enough for one, nights stay but there were some stains on pillows.

The hotel was not overall well kept. The location was terrible. The bathroom was horrible. I also feared for my family safety. Especially after the Waffle House shooting.

Very run down, a bit dirty, room worn out. Smelled very strong of carpet cleaner. Parking area had all kinds of paraphernalia on ground; building next door was empty and ripped up. Looked like a suspect area of town and didn't seem safe.

It was presented in such a way that we thought we would get a free shuttle from the airport only to find out that it was $5.00 per person. It was less than par, had to go after our own towels. The free breakfast was less than par as well.
