Positives: Location
Negatives: Staff were rude and not costumer service friendly at all. It was not just towards me but to other customers as well in front of me. Rooms weren’t clean and staff had issues with making things right. I had two rooms that was I was placed in that was extremely dirty. Hotel wanted everyone to pay $100.00 security deposit for dirty rooms while staff wanted to either change sheets from a dirty bed to picking up just the trash on the floors. Not knowing what went on in that room, to be placed there and staff to think it’s okay to do PAYING CUSTOMERS remind you into dirty rooms. I refused twice because both rooms were dirty and had trash on the floor for the front desk lady come to tell me that she was not placing me into another room. She went and picked up some of the trash on the floor and told me that the room wasn’t dirty for me to have to take another person to the room and show staff the trashy dirty floor in the room. During early check out, I had to request for my deposit back because he wasn’t trying to give me it back. I will never go here again. Experience was horrible and not friendly customer service. The front desk girl was on her personal phone with someone else while speaking with me rudely. It was such a poor experience and place to be.
