No proper sign for the entrance to the building. Waited for more than 10 mins before check in since no staff at the front desk at around 10 pm. No elevator which is sucks if you have kids and lots of stuff to bring in. Room smells SUPER STRONG CIGARETTE smoke despite of sign in the room non smoking room. Beds are not comfortable. Dirty towels and bed linens. Bathtub very dirty. Will not recommend esp. If you have kids.

Location was the only thing good about this hotel.
Negatives:
Bed looked like it had been slept in. Receptionist was telling somebody to go check a room and let him know within 5 mins if it didn’t meet expectations. That was worrisome. I was too tired to go complain about room 115 and to go to another hotel.

Very dirty and smelled bad. there were hair shavings on the the bathroom counter. the shower curtain rod broke through the wall so it was hanging down in the shape of a u, so when I tried to close it it just fell to the bottom of the u. the bath exhaust fan didn’t work and was covered in filth. there were numerous repairs made on the walls that looked horrible. the toilet was tiny. I’m 6’2” so when I sat on it, I barely fit. there were dead bugs all over the ac unit. the floors had some kind of sticky substance on them.
I tried to stay out of the room as much as possible.

The room was dingy and slightly dirty. Everything smelled slightly like there had been a smoker and the room had been cleaned. Location was dicey with two rows of units facing each other…. Noisy with limited parking. Reception was not friendly. Very basic room felt ($200) still quite expensive for a “cheap” room. I ended up leaving for another hotel.
