Staff was unprofessional and derogatory towards women. Made our group feel very uncomfortable and scared to stay there. Room was dark, dingy, and dirty.

The staff was very rude overall after I extended my stay there was no excuse me or please or thank it was all aggressive responses made it very uncomfortable also a lot of flies in the room and room smelled like smoke after I said a non smoking room.
