Got a room with a broken restroom light, the toilet wouldnt flush and had half a role of toilet paper. Had to make a phone call each time toilet paper was out since they dont leave a spare roll, which is standard everywhere else. Similarly, the new room also had maintenance issues. They also do not offer complimentary late check out at noon.

I chose a smoke-free room and they gave me the opposite. When I went to change it they told me they couldn't do anything to change it because it was already in the system like that.

Tbh nothing it was really run down

Basically I asked for a room on the bottom floor since I had a bad knee and the first room had stains on the bed like someone peed on it and nothing worked in there. Then they moved us to another room and it was a little better but had pluming issues. We need a quick cheap place to stay due to a funeral we had to attend but even this wasnt cheap and for sure wasnt worth the price since we wasnt comfortable at all due to so many issues. I dont recommend coming here and I wished I had just stayed in my car.

The gentlemen at the front desk was pleasant.

When we walked into the room our shoes immediately practically stuck to the laminate floor. The smell in the room was absolutely horrible. There were dark stains on both the white comforters. The pillows on both beds had what appeared to be mildew stains. We didnt even make it into the bathroom nor did we even put our personal things down. We left immediately to return to the front desk to inform him we could not stay in those conditions.
