Negatives: Roaches , dirty sheets and pillow cases , half cleaned

Negatives: wasn’t in the best condition in terms of cleanliness

Negatives: I didn't like how annoyed the staff was at me simply asking for more toilet paper. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and the hole was barely repaired. The mattress felt like it was 20 years old. Obviously visible stains all over the blanket and sheets. And to top it all off i found a cockroach on the last morning. We made sure to hit the road before the sun was barely up.

Negatives: The room j was disgusting, so God knows what kind of substance on the hairdryer that didn’t even work possible mold on the bathtub. I’m pretty sure our self eagle matter on the bathroom wall and blood by the sink not to mention found a pair of women’s underwear by the bed.

Negatives: The bedspreads had burn holes and multiple stains. The remote didn't work and the replacement given to me by the front desk didn't work at all. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed/washed. The light switches looked they were sinking into the walls. The door to the bathroom was grimy with fingerprints as was the bathroom light switch. We stayed there two nights, and no one came to make up the beds or bring fresh towels. The air conditioner worked but it was falling apart. There was party in the parking lot which went on for hours until the police came. There were laundry hampers filled with garbage bags under the stairs. The safe was broken. There looked to be a spot for a hairdryer near the sink, but it was gone. The window of the room next door to us had a big crack in it. The cost of the room was far far far too high for the lack of cleanliness/quality. I would never recommend it. I was surprised because I have stayed at other red roof inns in other towns and assumed that the quality was good at all locations, which I certainly now know is not the case.

Negatives: How disgusting and damaged it was in our 1st and 2nd rooms.

Negatives: Room was Dirtyyyyyyyy Bed Sheets Dirty with someone else hair all over it Towels Dirtyyyyy Pillows Dirtyyyyy When asked for new sheets, they told me they didn't have extra I had to go to Walmart and spend an extra $80 on bed sheets ,pillows, and towels. The Health Department needs to go there and inspect this Red Roof and also the Better Business Bureao cause what they are. Showing online is not what the customer is getting And to top it of You ask for the Manager and the Manager say that She's been telling the Owner about the situation and nothing hathing get done

Negatives: Rooms was nasty. Cracked paint hanging from the ceiling and missing. Black mold in the shower. Holes in the wall, behind bathroom door. Towel rack/holder was missing. Drywall patches in the room that wasn't finished or painted. Paint on entry door was falling off. The AC unit barely worked. The beds where very uncomfortable, 2 small pillows per bed, stains on the pillow cases, had to go and buy pillows and cases to sleep on. Found long strands of black hair on my sheets from cleaning ladies I'm assuming. Didn't use the blankets. Sad I had no other choices or place to stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention, i booked a room for 1 night on Saturday July 20 2024 got charged $150.38. Decided to arrive a day early on July 19 2024 and booked a room for that day got charged $237.50 Why more money?? I feel I deserve a refund or something. Rooms are nothing like what they show in the pictures on the Red Roof Inn website.

Negatives: Absolutely shocked! And this issue still isn't even resolved! Booking.com is trying to get our $200 back from the hotel for not even meeting basic expectations. Filthy, holes and stains in sheets, door lock broken, non smoking room smelled like cigs, pot and air freshener.

Negatives: The front desk staff was very nasty a older Caucasian lady was very disrespectful and rude I would never go back to this location again

Negatives: The room was disgusting! Paint peeling, bird shit all over the door (I had to clean the door handle before I opened the door), no racks on the refrigerator, only 1 light worked, blood stains and burn holes on the comforter, holes in the towels, and outlets did not work. I had to pay a $50 deposit for the room and I had to fight to get it back because I used a hand towel with holes in it to clean up a shake that fell on the floor and the towel was 'stained' from the shake but mostly from the dirt on the floor. The front desk worker was a male who was blatant about not respecting women and refused to change his mind about my deposit. The manager changed her mind once I went back to the room and used a bar of soap to clean the shake off the towel with holes in it and gave me my money back. We were over an hour late to the event we were there for. Disgusting and a horrible weekend. I will never stay there again and will make sure I do not stay in another hotel owned by this family. They are crooks and cheap.
