Overall appeared dirty. There were tools and a dirty towel on the floor in the room that the maintenance crew had left. A power sawlol. There were two guys behind me, as I was checking in, just champing at the bit to complain about room conditions.

The 1st room that we had, there were roaches. We then had to look at 4 other rooms that were not very unclean. The final room, was dirty, stains on the bedding and the shower pressure was low with loud pipes. And more. Waisted of money.

We asked to have clean towels and wash cloths serviced every day, our room was not serviced and I had to go to the office to get towels and wash clothes and there were no clean or dirty in the laundry room. We got them from unoccupied rooms.

Door was eating by a dog . Cockroaches in room stained bedding. And dont even ask about the bathroom. Would not even bathe my dog in there. I broke down on the road traveling from Tennessee to Michigan had no where else to stay. But if it ever happens again I will sleep in my car or on the street under a bridge before I stay in a Red Roof inn again. And I make sure to tell everyone I know and see traveling.

My toilet was backed up . I had no heat. And they wanted to charge me for an extra night when I told them I gave up my last fifty bucks for my deposit. Which I have yet to get back

We did not stay. Cocroahes, stainss on sheets and piloow cases, inches of dust ans mold coming out of heater onto floor, feces in toilet just to name the worst. Not healthy or safe

Got a room with a broken restroom light, the toilet wouldnt flush and had half a role of toilet paper. Had to make a phone call each time toilet paper was out since they dont leave a spare roll, which is standard everywhere else. Similarly, the new room also had maintenance issues. They also do not offer complimentary late check out at noon.
