Disappointed with handicapped parking being...

The floors were very dirty. There was trash collecting in the hallways. The check-in staff tried to change our king bed to two doubles even after we requested to keep the king. A lot of homeless people hanging out in the lobby and outside the building. The automatic lighting in the room was very annoying, it would turn on if one person got up to pee and would turn off if we didn't move enough.
