Reservation was easy to make and the location was awesome for me.
Negatives:
Our room was dirty. The front desk moved us to another room. The bathroom area is very cramped. Our bathroom door would not close all of the way. (room 339) There is very little room to put your supplies around the sink to do anything at the mirror.

Staff were friendly but when I called for more pillows, the phone went dead idk if they hung up or what but a little frustrating.
Negatives:
Room needed maintenance, bed wasn’t comfortable, children playing in the halls, employees weren’t wearing proper work attire (work shirts), 3 pillows for the room, 1 towel and rag, no hand soap, there were stains in the sheets.
