The location was within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium (about a 20 minute walk).
Canal view was nice.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
The staff were very friendly and professional.

We didn't like the smell of dog in the room, the toilet kept running in our 2nd room, the pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable in both rooms, three bath tubs needed reglazing, and the rooms were old and needed updating.
