The room was FILTHY and disgusting. I walked around barefoot and after 30mins, my feet were black with all the accumulated dirt from the rug and bathroom floor. The tub had red stains on the outside that were CLEARLY bodily fluids from past guests. GROSS.

Food wasn't good, burgers were raw one night, black burnt the next. Reserved a room 6 months out letting them know 2 of us were handicapped, needing close lower room, we were given room 649,top floor last room, and the stairwell door would not open

The room was nice and roomy, the staff was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant was the best, the service was great for the amount of people that were present. Jamie was our server at Nicola's and she was by far the best server I have had in a LONG TIME!

The elevators and handicap accessibility. The only area for elevators is the main entrance because the others are out of order. This is a VERY large hotel for their not to be NUMEROUS elevator access areas and numerous elevators.

It felt like a very dated and old hotel where they updated some of the flooring and a few lights and called it a 3.5 star hotel. I was very disappointed with how it felt. The floors felt dirty. Old TVs. Problematic WiFi. The bath tube was old and stained.

With the construction going on, the TV cable was unhooked. We could not watch our college basketball game that was on. Which made my wife very unhappy.
