Negatives: No in-room fridge. Hard to get to at night.

Positives: I liked that the hotel was large, well-kept in some parts, and had access to the club lounge.

Negatives: My room was directly next to the elevator which was ungodly loud, all night long. The bathroom ceiling and walls were cracking. The elevator was extremely tiny and shook. And the club lounge, which was supposed to have breakfast each morning, did not.

Positives: Price, location with good river and city views. The Upland Brewery served Great food.

Negatives: The hot tub did not work. Maintenance came filled with a hot tub to a cool tub and walked away without making sure the jets would turn on, and of course, the jets would not. . Magnified mirror in bathroom light didn't work. AND it has been mentioned so much on the reviews put in mini fridge and microwave already .

Positives: Location was great for what I was there to do. Staff was friendly.

Negatives: This hotel needs an update. Worst Sheraton I've stayed in. The mattress was trash and likely very old as well as the carpet in the rooms and hall. Hall and elevator had a pretty bad odor that thankfully didn't transfer into the room. $15 trash breakfast.

Negatives: Made reservation for 2 beds and paid extra. When checked in, was given a room with one king and a pull out bed. Pull out bed was very uncomfront desk did not give us another option. Linens for pull out bed had not been used in a while and were old and stained.
