Beware people this hotel steals your money. I booked 3 rooms online and paid for everything when i booked the rooms. When i got to the hotel they lied and said that only 2 rooms were paid but i checked my account with booking.com and it said paid. They never gave me the keys for the 3rd room. I ended up canceling the 3rd room because they weren't giving me the keys i hoped they would refund the money but i never saw my money back

Room furniture and tv arrangements were not very good. Tv way across room from bed . Breakfast was not complete. Items were very .very limited and coffee pulled exactly at 9 o’clock.am. Not worth price paid.

This hotel is located in a good spot in Madison. Other than that I liked nothing.
Negatives:
Dirty, indifferent staff, poorly maintained, bad value for the dollar, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I left early despite prepaying for the stay due to the poor quality of the hotel and book a different hotel at a considerable cost, but it was a good choice to leave two days early. I cannot tell you how horrible this hotel is. DON'T STAY HERE OR DO SO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

The staff was most helpful. The foyer as you enter smells so fresh, and our room was clean. The outdoor premises were attractive and pristine.
