Positives:
It was in the location and price range we needed during the eclipse viewing. They were willing to make sure our rooms were close in location to one another.
Negatives:
The pool was ice cold the kids could not swim for more than 3-5 minutes. The heat/ac unit was completely broke in our one room and extremely noisy in the other. And both rooms had cockroaches. Hot breakfast was pretty much just continental.

Very easy to find off the interstate.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. The deadbolt on the door did not work. There was a man picking inside the dumpster when I walked to my car after checkout, scared me to death when his head popped up out of there.

Yes, there's very poor quality of service there. No one is ever at the counter, or answers the phone. The room furniture is very poor with many stains and dents on the wood. That goes for the rest of the furniture throughout the hotel. No room coffee.

The hotel was dirty. The pool wasn't heated, it was freezing. The breakfast was not good. The coffee was cold everyday. There wasn't any orange juice, yogurt, or fresh fruit. The room was dirty when we arrived. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The room was nice and clean and smelled clean as well. Beds and linens were nice and comfy. It was a cold night. The heat worked perfectly and it was not noisy. TV and fridge were all good and worked exactas they should.
Negatives:
The only issue was that the soap holder was missing from the shower wall. You could see where it had been previously but a prior guest is likely responsible for its disappearance.

The morning staff was extremely rude! Half the time the keys wouldnt work and he wouldnt answer to fix them! The bathtub wouldnt drain properly! You had to stand in 6 of water when showering. Followed by sheriff when we left because of this place!

Hotel was NOT clean..the dining room was very lacking..no food for breakfast..and only open from 6-8outside doors did not lock..2 towels got 3 adults..NO was clothes or hand towels and 1 Roll of toilet paper. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Unfortunately not a lot. The room smelled terrible, but seemed to be clean. When we laid on the bed we could feel the springs in the mattress, but somehow we slept OK.
Negatives:
There was almost nothing for breakfast. When we came through there at different times 4 mornings, there was a pancake machine and some Fruit Loops and Corn Flakes. We didn't find any yogurts, packs of hot cereal, fruit, muffins, eggs, juices or hardly anything you would hope they would have available for breakfast.

It's not really the ideal place to stay.

First room was nice,(handicap room, as requested) toilet backed up. Room changed, (NOT HANDICAP) not as nice. PHONE, TV, ALARM CLOCK did not work. Clerk gave some lame excuses for problems (blamed TV on supplier) And when checking out, could not see clerk
