Don’t stay here
Positives:
Absolutely nothing!!! We were supposed to not have a charge since the hotel is uninhabitable but we had a charge show up. Trying to fight it!
Negatives:
Cockroaches, pool was ice cold, ceiling falling into pool, water damage in bathroom, tiles were loose, and cockroaches… did I mention the cockroaches?

The roach motel from hell....
Positives:
The only thing I could say I liked was the location was convenient for the reason I was in town. They were accommodating to give me a different room when the first room I was given, smelled so badly of cigarette smoke and other smells.
Negatives:
The hotel was awful! It smelled terribly, horrible stains on the carpets throughout the halls and stairwell. I called ahead regarding the breakfast to verify and was told it will be a full spread. It was anything! Juice, coffee, some pre-wrapped muffins and individual yogurt containers. A little bit of dry cereal.

Good hotel for the value....
Positives:
Breakfast was limited but fine. Front desk personnel were friendly. Location was good for attending events nearby. Location was good for being able to walk to quick fast food/gas station.
Negatives:
Changing breakfast hours to end at 9 am instead of 10 am was a bummer. Our bathroom had no hooks of any kind to hang our towels/rags. Even the toilet paper was just on a shelf. No Kleenex. Our sink was barely more than a trickle but the shower was good. We had to ask the front desk for hangers for the closet as there weren't any - we were given a mismatch of old plastic hangers. When our room wasn't serviced it was fine but when I went to the front desk and requested fresh towels I was asked to go back to my room and bring the used towels down first.

The location was great. It was easy to get in and out of. The staff was friendly and courteous. The brick building was beautiful on the outside.
Negatives:
The inside was pretty run down. There where nail holes and gaps in the walls. It wasn't exactly clean and there were stains on the sheets. It could be a beautiful place if it were better taken care of and cleaner.
