Seldom anyone at front desk. Pool closed and side door entry key pad did not work.

The front desk clerk named Simon was extremely nice, accommodating and helpful.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was very kind and helpful. We ended up leaving a day earlier due the cornonA virus and the front staff she was younger pretty with black hair was awesome in helping us with this situation.

The swimming pool was out of order for our 3 older teens so that was very disappointing.
