Negatives: Breakfast was just two types of cereal, some fruit, coffee and juices. No elevator Pool is closed permanently Locks on doors take work to get them to open Cigarette burns in comforters on beds We heard multiple people request room moves because of bedbugs, we did not have any in the three rooms we were in. Some lights were non functioning Some chairs in rooms had broken legs Shower curtain rods were hanging by a thread, ready to fall if pulled too hard Doors could not be closed hard enough from inside to engage latch, you had to throw the deadbolt to keep door closed Door closure was so strong my elderly father could not push door open Concrete sidewalks were uneven and pulled away from building in areas that created dangerous trip/fall hazards Auxiliary doors did not have work security locks

Negatives: Overpriced...charged me 3 times the rate because of the eclipse.Will not be back because of that.

Negatives: That the staff was completely rude they tried to tell me that I stole towels when I didn't and when I checked in I told them that there was only two cows in the room and that he would bring me some and he never did and the next morning before I left the front clerk tried to charge my credit card four different times for $50 for he says four towels.

Negatives: Breakfast- would have liked to have had some hot options- eggs, sausage/bacon, etc.

Negatives: Breakfast was frozen waffles and frozen mini sausage biscuits. No instructions on how long to microwave. Not worth the price. They tried to put me in a non-smoking room where someone had smoked. There is a $100.00 fine if you smoke in a non-smoking room. The lamp switches are very shaky.
