We didnt get the rooms we reserved. They were handicapped rooms and we needed them because of medical issues. We were told no rooms available. Many items broken in one room. Lamp, refrigerator and microwave. Pool was not working.

Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. No lamp shade on the table lamp, dirty wall, ripped curtains, bathroom ceiling fan was screeching, front desk said breakfast served at 6:30 until food is gone. Since, when does hotel offer that. Hotel is dirty.

The Lady on night shift was horrible.They first they gave us someone else room.The second when we went up stairs they were in the process of cleaning it. We film the racist behavior of staff who would not allow my children to get in pool. then put us out.

Absolutely nothing, i didnt even like the price I paid, because I got exactly what I paid fortrash!! If i could sue and shut them down I would, this place should NOT BE OPEN.

I hated everything this hotel had the rooms were nasty as hell, the bedding was not clean, stains everywhere. I ended up taking the bed to a laundromat myself just so i know what I laid on was clean plus i slept on top of my own blankets. Carpet filthy.

Yes the rooms were VERY DIRTY and dusty broken door knobs, toilet seat. Holes in the walls and carpet CLEARLY has nvr been vacuumed

This hotel needs to be demolishes. It is the start of Winter and first of all there was no heat. It was so musty you could not breath Went to the front desk and was told that on the internet it said heat was not provided it was not a comodity.

The manager told us if we fid not like it y o leave. So we did. On our way out she yelled no refund. Stay away from this hotel!!!

The faucet in bathroom sink was broke. The hair dryer did not work. No toilet paper in bathroom. No hand towels in the public restroom upon arrival.

The staff was so disrespectful. I had to switch rooms three times. It was dirty, curtains ripped, no heat, and I was charged twice.
