The management was very bad they added charges when spoke with the lady management she was very judgmental was rude to my children and tried to speak to higher management but they where never available phones didn’t work they never came to clean room when asked they said that staff marked that they cleaned

Staff was great and responsive. When the people above us were still having a WWE match close to midnight, they immediately sent security up to handle it. It seems like this is more of a local motel, and many clients are regulars. However, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in my room and hall, small dogs roaming free peeing in the hallway and elevator, and unsupervised kids running rampant. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to others, even though the room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff were great.

Didn't really like anything about this hotel.
Negatives:
Before we even walked in the door, there was a terrible smell coming from inside. When we walked in, the front desk attendant was talking to 2 other people who quickly went and sat down in the lobby area. They started talking to my stepdaughter and said 'yeah, you smell that? I played a joke on him. It's a drink pouch' then they kept talking about it to her, making her very uncomfortable. We got checked in and to our room and my husband and stepdaughter went to the pool while I stayed upstairs. The fire alarm went off for maybe 90 seconds and then a few minutes later I heard someone in the hallway knock on a door and say "front desk" so my assumption was that someone was messing around with something. It all made me very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving right then and there, didn't even stay the night.
