Negatives: The washroom door hinges were missing screws that the door was falling. However, the receptionist came herself and went above and beyond to fix it with brown pudding to prevent the door from falling. We appreciate it!

Negatives: I paid for the weekend trip and on Saturday I left and put a do not disturb sign on the door and left to go eat something came back hotel came in my room cleaning it took all my stuff out cus they thought we left it was a bad experience I would not recommend this hotel at all breakfast was nasty everything was just nasty I do not recommend

Negatives: They had me reserved under the wrong room the first night I checked in and said there was nothing they could do about it because they had no other rooms available. So I had to take the wrong room even though I showed them my booking confirmation number and reservation from booking.com. I spent the first night highly pissed. Then at 1am in the morning we get a call from a woman at the front desk telling us in a very nasty tone that there was a noise complaint from the room below us and asked did we have any kids in the room? How many people were in the room ? When I told the lady we were only 2 adults, making no noise, trying to relax and sleep she was still nasty saying " well, whatever, ok" . I was even more pissed!

Negatives: Place had big roaches ….smelled horrible . I had to switch my room 3 times because the rooms smelled or were missing something

Negatives: Where should I begin. They couldn’t find an infant bed at first. The bedding had stains on it. The inside pool wasn’t heated. Smelt like cigarettes and weed through the hallways. Thought it was a non smoking hotel. People were smoking right outside in front of the doors as your trying to enter the hotel. My room didn’t have a deadbolt lock. Didn’t feel safe at all. The bathtub didn’t have a plug to use to take a bath. We had to improvise and use a towel to clog the drain to use as a bath. They’re were two men standing on the roof in front of my room as I was naked getting dressed. Mind you I was on the second floor. I should have gotten some kind of notice at the door to close blinds before they attempted to stand in front of my room to fix something on the third floor. Nothing special about breakfast. There wasn’t any fruit for the kids. There were a lot of dings in the walls. I’m so glad to be out of this hotel.

Negatives: Pool was freezing cold. Couldn’t enjoy it at all. And the staff wasn’t around to help when we needed it.

Negatives: Unfortunately we were not alone,we encountered roaches one crawled in the bed and one on the wall near head board took a picture and showed it to the front desk we were then given sheets to change the bedding NOT Housekeeping.They also gave us some Bug Spray to spray the room
