Facility was awful. As soon as you walk in the whole building smells like cat urine and cigarettes. The room was filled with lint all over the ceiling, stains on the chair and floors. I requested a refund but was denied because we sat in the room for 10-20 minutes. Overall the customer service is a 0 as well as the stay. There would be nothing that could have been done to make this stay better, this is why we left right after checking in. I am not sure how this building would pass code.
