Positives: I liked how the room was clean when I first came. I really like the set-up of each room. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful.
Negatives: The rooms are not cleaned at least after 2 stays. Iwish they had more for the continental breakfast. The key card keeps deactivating daily. You almost have to bring your own cups, ice, broom, mop, etc.

Negatives: Was charged $80.00 for placing a small trash bag outside my door. I was never informed about any policies regarding hotel guests being responsible for their own trash removal I'll never lodge at any Extended Stay America or it's affiliates again.
