After flying all day from Italy, then driving to Indiana from O'hare airport to Indiana; I received a room that did not have a working toilet. The two lamp lights in the room had electrical shortages and I was shocked by the light next to the bed while

I liked how the room was clean when I first came. I really like the set-up of each room. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms are not cleaned at least after 2 stays. Iwish they had more for the continental breakfast. The key card keeps deactivating daily. You almost have to bring your own cups, ice, broom, mop, etc.

Was charged $80.00 for placing a small trash bag outside my door. I was never informed about any policies regarding hotel guests being responsible for their own trash removal I'll never lodge at any Extended Stay America or it's affiliates again.

The fact that when I pays for days at a time I had to go back to the office 4 times because the key wasnt working. Probably wont ever book again because of that. Noway my key should just stop working out of nowhere.
