Negatives: very run down

Negatives: It had roaches and bed bugs. Trash still in the room, they wouldn't come vacuum the room or give fresh linen or towels. Our key cards would randomly stop working.

Negatives: Room stunk really bad and the guy at desk couldn't give any more the the one towel that was in room

Negatives: The window in room was cracked (let in the cold) no heater (was told maintenance would look at it but nothing) the carpet looked like a murder scene, coffee maker didnt work, the hair dryer didnt work, paper thin sheets.

Negatives: Booked the room wasnt able to stay cause I couldnt check in system was down would like a refund

Negatives: I ended up leaving because I didnt feel safe and the room that was given to me was not clean and looked like it was not touched for days. I never received my refund either

Negatives: The facilities are in extremely rough shape. Improvements need to be made everywhere- Doors that don't open/ close properly, the hallways have a bad smell, the A/C unit in our room did not push nearly enough cool air and the room never got to a comfortable temperature. The outdoor pool was not available. Everywhere needs to be painted. Our room had clearly been smoked in, recently.

Negatives: Light above bathroom sink was out. Strange smell in room. Only one towel, but we were given a second when we asked. No phone to call front desk. Weak AC. Spider webs in bathroom.

Negatives: The manager acted clueless. i stayed 4 nights. had issues every night. the room i requested wasnt available. the manager didnt inform me the room they substituted cost more than my reservation amount. when i came to check in on my final day she told me i had to pay more. when i asked why she didnt say anything when i spoke to her earlier she got an attitude. worst customer service i ever experienced. the hallways are dirty and smell. no blankets. the air conditioning doesnt work. the free breakfast is a joke. the staff isnt trained and they dont have people who clean the rooms well. some rooms are missing fridges, microwaves or tvs. or they just dont work. they have water damage in the back hallway and the smell of mold is horrible. the place is not safe and the health department needs to shut it down. numerous people were walking out in the middle of the night because it was so horrible and the smell of weed and smoke is in all the hallways and some rooms. i would never recommend or stay at this hotel ever again.
