Positives: Two of the workers at the check in A lady and a man with blonde long hair

Negatives: We arrived and checked in the lady up front was nice from the start I dont remember her name but she was great along side with a man with long blonde hair super great. Our room was dirty when we arrived there was cigarette burn marks on our sheets the fridge was dirty and we found a bug in the room crawling on the TV was disgusting considering how much we paid for the room for 1 week. Seriously not ok at all. The other ppl who "clean" the rooms was so rude banged on our door 5 times saying pay!pay! Like excuse me? We extended our stay and we had already paid for the room one of them saw the door slightly open because I stepped outside to the car and he pushed it open with his clipboard pay its 1 o'clock we could of been naked for all he knew. I was not happy at all and won't be staying here ever again. Thank u to the one lady and the one man they was great I hope u know who you are.
