My room was dirty. Pubes in the sink, on the toilet and in the shower. They were not hiding either, just plain sight. Very gross.
The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. The pool was a major point in the decision to stay there. No notice that it was closed the entire stay either. Really sad, I would have stayed elsewhere.
The breakfast was difficult to stomach, powdered egg mix “omelet” and cardboard bacon. Stuck to cereal and fruit.
The AC unit in the room was very noisy and would not get quite, made it difficult to spend time in the room, the window was very heavy and broken, so it wasn’t able to be opened.
