They closed the pool at 9pm when thr pool is open till 11. Also the desk lady said out loud what don't these people get the all need to go to sleep! Like really? Also for breakfast there was mold in the food and the begals were as hard as a rock!

We canceled this 3 times, Booking.com failed to get it done. This will be challenged on our credit card. The 2 correct booking in Atlanta were good, the booking near Anderson SC at Lavonia Georgia was good, but the stray one in Muncie was a mistake through your inability to correct the booking at the Muncie location. The folks at the Muncie IHG unit acknowledged we had canceled, however Booking.com refused to correct it. I have been an IHG customer for over 15 years, but this experience may cause me to switch to Hilton or Marriott. I Don't want to, but this has soured my attitude toward IHG and Booking.com.
