Negatives: Rooms not fully cleaned, entrance full of upset customers waiting for assistance

Negatives: So many things. The breakfast was trash. I called down for extra pillows and a blanket and they were all out of them,she said she could maybe find me a blanket but I would have to come down and get it since she’s the only one working. The pool had so much chlorine we didn’t even bother using it since just walking in burned your eyes. There was always trash in the hallway that smelled like dirty poop diapers. The neighbors were so loud running around I’m pretty sure they were having a birthday party there. They’re was a cup of oatmeal dumped over on the table by the elevator for the entire 3 days we stayed. All of the garbages outside were over flowing. The conditioner was detached from the wall in the bathroom and empty. It was so expensive to be that bad. We will never stay there again.

Negatives: The breakfast was lackluster. Not a very good selection. Some of the food, like the eggs and sausage were cold. Hashbrowns were soggy. Most other hotels have a better breakfast. The main problem with this hotel was not the accommodations or the staff, but some of the guests. During our six day stay, the fire alarms went off four times, once because a guest decided to smoke pot in a room and started something on fire. The fire department showed up. Other guests thought it was a good idea to bring their sound system to the pool area and blast rap music for all to hear. The pool was shut down because the same group of guests overwhelmed the pool area and the steps into the pool were ripped out. So no pool or hot tub for ALL of the guests. Maybe this is typical of how things work in the suburbs south of Chicago and the people who visit this area, but it seems like a certain segment of guests acted in a very entitled, lawless, loud and careless manner, disrespecting their fellow guests at this hotel. I think this has more to do with the area that the hotel is located than with the hotel and its staff.

Negatives: Bathroom and shower lights were very dim. Had to go downstairs to get sheets and blanket for fold out couch. Only pillows were in the bag.

Negatives: No complaints

Negatives: Tub clogged pillows uncomfortable

Negatives: I was surprised the tv didn’t have streaming services

Negatives: There was no ice machine on the second floor.

Negatives: Cleanliness of amenities and lack of staffing available

Negatives: Lots of noise coming from upper floors. People running, slamming things, etc. Made it challenging to get rest. Pillows were too soft. They would flatten all the way down. Had to put a piece of luggage under them in order to be able to rest.
