The staff argued with me that I didn't have a reservation through booking there he told me it was the wrong address I showed him on GPS it wasn't he finally found us gave us a room and the heating and air conditioning didn't work we were wore out I was having a medical procedure done the next day so we just open the window and slept like that all night long

The vending machine was empty so we couldn’t even get a drink to go with the pizza we had delivered. The coffee at breakfast came out of the machine with coffee grounds all in it and the orange juice seemed very watered down.

Negatives:
I had to pay $60 because some of my purple hair color transferred on to the bath towels.they easily could have been bleached. Originally the front desk employee told me they would cost me $250; no towels cost $250 let alone, low quality hotel towels. I use white towels at home and every single time bleach removes the color completely. I would like the owner or the top person in charge to call me because I work hard for my money and I think it is completely obscene that he charged me anything, let alone $60 to wash towels, that bleach would have removed the color.
I anticipate a phone call from the owner, 317-910-1665. If this is not resolved in the satisfactory manner, I will leave reviews on Google yelp and any other online platform to let people know about how I was taking advantage of.
