Seemed new but the desk chair in my room was ripped. There were hand prints all over the windows from the outside, an empty wine bottle was left in the room, the floor was very sticky like someone had dropped something, pieces of ripped paper were also on the floor - I don’t think housekeeping had swept or mopped the floor. I think my name and room number were not correct in the system either because I could never use the wifi. It didn’t recognize my last name and room number. At one point, I was in my room and someone else was trying to get into my room with their keycard. They went to the front desk and the Customer Service person had written down the wrong room number on their keycard. I was also charged for someone else’s food-muffin and candy. It was $7. I noticed it after I had left the hotel. I never once experienced hot water to shower in. I let the water run a long time too and it never got above tepid. I don’t think I would say that I had the usual Hilton experience which I would have liked.

The staff was very friendly and the lobby space was warm and inviting. There were many places to sit and relax with family. We traveled for soccer games through my son's team and my daughter stayed behind to study for exams in the lobby area by the fire and felt safe and welcomed. We would definitely stay there again if our travels took us to Noblesville.
Negatives:
One evening while we were there, there was a large wedding party in the lobby at the bar drinking and making a lot of noise. The exceeded the bar area and the lobby area making it difficult to navigate to the elevators with our family.
