All staff members that I interact with from the check - in, to the bar, at the restaurant, acted very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
I stayed a couple of nights. Find strange that there were no bottles of water at the room. I have stayed at other Embassy at the States, and chips and water has been offered as complementary. Also, my room was not cleaned, that was strange.

Thw whole hotel had a welcoming feeling, extremely clean and food was great. The rooms were clean, bedding was fresh and beds were comfortable.

Our family loved the pool, it was never too busy. And the bar and bartender were great!
Negatives:
The cleanliness of our room was not acceptable. We called the front desk due to blood spots on our bed sheets (not our blood) it took longer than it should have to receive the new bedding. 2nd bedsheets we’re also not clean.
