Negatives: We booked for 2 nights, and they only gave half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Only two towels, no conditioner, and the body soap was almost empty. The pool room needed a good clean, and the continental breakfast was less than expected.

Positives: WE DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL. THE PICTURES THAT YOU'RE USING LIKE TO THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND THE HANDICAP ROOM IS A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AND A BOLD FACE LIE! I DON'T BELIEVE AT ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL!

Negatives: THE ROOM WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE WAS A CLEAN KING SIZE HANDICAP ROOM WITH A WALK IN SHOWER. WHAT WE WERE GIVEN WAS A 2ND FLOOR ROOM THAT SMELLED OF CIGARETTES IN A FLOOR THAT SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA. LIONEL WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BUT HE WAS THE ONE THAT PROBABLY WROTE THE FAKE REVIEWS WHILE SMOKING A BLUNT.
