Positives: To many people up all night. Roaming around. Vending and ice empty. Rooms were not available when arrive. No phone in rooms to call front desk if needed. One of our rooms was not cleaned and was told would not be til the next day. Said I needed another room told me there were no other rooms. Asked where I was going to go for a room when my party was here. Said idk. So me and my husband sleep in the car and our 2 girls slept in the room with another party of ours. Was told Was only allowed 4 people in room and they had 6

Positives: Nothing. The first room furniture was knocked over, the room was unlocked and I went to wash my hands and water went all over the floor from a crack in the sink. The guy at the desk changed my room and the second one smelled musty and like weed. The floors were dirty in both. I asked for a refund and went to Comfort Inn. The whole hotel smelled damp and moldy. This was literally the worst place I have ever walked into.

Positives: The location was convenient. Literally, that’s it.

Negatives: Staff was SUPER rude when we arrived and our AC was out. Lied and said they didn’t have another room avail. yet when I called they had plenty. The picture of the ceiling is from the 17th and as of the 30th it had still not been repaired. The picture of the toilet paper was whenever I took it straight out of the package, disgusting. The tub had water damage. Because of our neighbors & having a conjoint room (which stayed locked) we ended up with ants in our trash can multiple times, so I hope no one else has to deal with that issue and they resolve it before other guest come. Honestly don’t understand how they’re in business.
