Positives:
The price was far higher than what it was worth. The facility was average at best. I stayed in a room the two night before for the same price as one night at the Hampton. The pool at the other place was nicer, and the excercise room was nicer. Breakfast was mediocre.
Negatives:
The price was much higher than other places I've stayed that were as good or better. The sheets were too small for the beds. the top bottom sheet came off one corner during the night because it only engaged the top seam on the mattress.

Room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel was busy but quiet. Bed was comfortable. Location was good; lots of restaurants nearby.
Negatives:
Staff was okay. They were fine with me but saw them get a little testy with others. Breakfast was pretty standard.
