Positives: The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make certain that everything went well for our group. The took the time to ask if things were alright or if we needed anything else. Everything was great!!
Negatives: The pool was closed. Many hotels have theirs open, so I did not understand the reasoning of "because of COVID". It was disappointing.

Positives: Pretty big and nice room. Fridge, and kitchen included.
Negatives: Staff was rude and unhelpful. Did NOT have hot water for shower. I had to walk through a hallway that was below freezing temps to get to the pool. Walls seemed thin. Parking lot wasn't plowed and was very icy.

Positives: The staff were very friendly. The public spaces, when we were able to access them, were nice.
Negatives: Our room had several issues, one of which we didn't realize until we went to check out... First, there were two used water bottles left in the room at check in. This made us wonder what else was unclean. The refrigerator was missing its shelves. The refrigerator didn't cool our food and we lost about $50 worth. We didn't think anything was wrong because there was plenty of ice in the freezer.

Generally, this hotel is nice. The facilities were well appointed, and what we were looking for in our stay here.
