The beds were comfortable. The air and heat worked good.

Bathroom had black mold in corner next to the floor. Fridge had a leg missing and rocked. Toilet paper roller holder was away from the wall. Tank lid didn't fit on commode. No coffee pot in the room.

The gentleman on the desk was extremely kind, I expressed my fear of traveling alone, he reassured me that he would keep an eye on my room.

The bathroom light is on a timer and gave me a fright when it shut off by itself.

The Microwave was broken. Hot water didnt come out at the shower room. I asked a staff to change my room but they didnt. And they asked me to use other rooms microwave and shower room for couple minutes. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Nothing it was a poor taking care of establishment.
Negatives:
The beds were terrible and so was the shower. One of the staff was super rude. I booked 2 rooms for 8 people then when I got there he said I had to pay extra for 2 people. I booked it for 8 people there should have not bein a price difference
