I was located on the second floor and the entire hallway was saturated with the the smell of marijuara. In fact you could see the cloudiness of the smoke in the air.

Some rooms aren't as nice, in need of repair, esp the tub in rooms 104 & 108; paint is coming off. Gap under door room 108 is unreasonably large; privacy concern. Noise level from the second floor is rough. Found stinky, molded loaf of bread in cabinet.

The rooms had a very musty smell, so much so my clean clothes had to be washed when I got home.
My toilet had not been cleaned particularly the seat.
The Ac/heat had such a terrible sound I didnt even use it.

We stayed at this place because it is roughly halfway between the Blue Ridge Trail and our home in Chicago. It was inexpensive, and I knew it was probably a place that was quite old. What I didn't realize is that the place got new ownership about two years ago and the owners have installed new floors, new beds, and new amenities. They've transformed this property into a pleasant, very desirable accommodation! The place is CLEAN...REALLY CLEAN! The free breakfast is better than that in places twice as expensive. Jennifer at the desk was friendly and recommended a really nice restaurant for us. If you're in southern Indiana looking for a place to spend the night, get some sleep and awake clean and refreshed, don't pass this place in Sellersville! This is the best bang for the buck that I've had in a lower-priced accommodation in years!

I called to ask for the pet policy and they neglected to tell me that I can't leave my pets unattended unless they are in kennels until after the 6 hour drive it took to get there. They also don't have cans for dog waste outside. Not a pet friendly place.
